Why is my course not launching when I click it?

There are a few browser settings that may need to be updated in order for your course to launch correctly.  First, check to make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements, and verify a few settings.  You can automatically check that by clicking here: Check Minimum Requirements.

You may need to disable pop-up blockers in your browser so the courseware can open in a separate window. After disabling pop-up blockers, refresh the page and try launching the courseware again.

To turn off pop-up blockers on a PC, follow the steps for your browser below.

Microsoft Edge

1. Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the browser to open the menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Cookies and site permissions.
4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
5. Turn off the Block setting.

Google Chrome

1. Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the browser to open the menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Privacy and security.
4. Select Site settings.
5. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
6. Select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.

After making these changes, refresh the page and try launching the course again. When you are finished with your training, you can follow the same steps to turn pop-up blockers back on, if needed.
