How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to create a new one:

1. On the Login screen, find the Contact Us section and select Forgot Password.
2. Enter your username, then provide the answer to your security question.
3. Select Submit.
4. Enter your new password in the New Password field. Enter it again in the Confirm New Password field.
5. Select Submit to save your new password.
