What is Voice Verification and how do I enroll?

Voice Verification is a security protocol that allows the system to verify your identity throughout your training.  You'll be prompted to complete the enrollment after launching any course that requires voice verification.

Note: We recommend that you complete the enrollment and verification in a quiet environment with as little background noise as possible

1. Follow the instructions on the screen by calling the number shown and entering the pin number you've been assigned.   
2. Once the call is complete, select the checkbox to verify that you are the account holder.
3. Select Agree & Continue and you'll be able to continue your training.

Verify your identity

At various points throughout a course, you may be prompted to verify your identity.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
5. Select Continue, and you'll be able to continue your training.
