PureSafety - Why am I seeing connection error messages?

If the system temporarily loses its connection, you may see an error message indicating that your training progress cannot be recorded.

This can happen because of an internet connection issue, a server error, or an expired session. Try one of the following options:

• Select OK to check the connection again. If the issue has been resolved, your training will resume.
• Select Cancel to stop the presentation. You will be asked to exit the training, and the Server Communication Failure screen will appear.

Need help? Leave the Server Communication Failure screen open and contact Customer Support.
